Stay for a few hours or stay for the whole day! This is YOUR time to hang out with other creative types, work on your favorite art and craft projects, and explore your own creative mojo. Bring whatever you want to work on...cards, sewing, painting, drawing, scrapbooking, beading, knitting, etc. I will demonstrate a few different products and techniques throughout the day, and there will also be a variety of project kits available for purchase if you want to try something new. Brown bag your lunch, come as you are, and enjoy some much-deserved play time!
Price includes coffee and refreshments, and a WIDE variety of tools and supplies to use, including a Cricut Expression diecutter, a sewing machine, and a computer with an inkjet printer.

Break out of the traditional 12x12 album pages! Create a freestanding 6x6 board book to commemorate those special people or occasions in your life. Techniques include grouping photos into unique themes, creating textured backgrounds, carving niches, and embellishing in your own artistic colors and style.
Price includes a board book plus a wide variety of papers, paints, stamps, pens, and ephemera to use. Bring your personal photos and any favorite supplies.

Altered Book •••

Create a unique piece of art by altering a hard-bound book. Techniques include creating a display niche, collaging with paints and papers, and embellishing to reflect your own personal style. Altered art is all about taking a common everyday object and creatively transforming it into something new. We will talk about different design approaches to altered art, including theme, style, purpose, and expression.
Price includes a hard-bound book, plus a wide variety of papers, paints, stamps, pens, and ephemera to use. Bring a small treasure, like a brooch or figurine, to display in the niche.

Learn how to "paint" with wool and felt in a variety of colors. Project choices include ornaments, scrapbook embellishments, greeting cards, pincushions and more. Price includes all the supplies you need to make 1-3 projects.
